Brandon Blackstock has purchased a $ 1.8 million home in Butte, Montana after moving out of the ranch he once shared with ex-wife Kelly Clarkson.
Blackstock, 45, bought the stunning property this past April 18, following the finalization of his split with Clarkson, 40, US Weekly reported after reviewing a deed transfer on the property.
The home was listed for $ 1.8 million by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Montana Properties, and it was not immediately clear how much Blackstock paid for the property.

According to Berkshire Hathaway, the four-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom home is spread over 4,800 sq. M. feet spread on a property over 40 acres.
The home’s living room area has vaulted ceilings and exposed beams with custom finish. The property has a DaVinci fireplace and exquisite views via large windows.
A kitchen area in the home has state-of-the-art appliances with a copper sink, countertops made of quartz and a butler’s pantry with a wine refrigerator.
Among the amenities of the abode include a safe / vault room in addition to a steam room. Other features on the ranch include a barn with a loft and tack room, and a greenhouse.
The talk show host-singer in June 2020 filed for divorce from Blackstock after more than six years of marriage, telling the court that they had irreconcilable differences. They were snapped in Nashville in 2018
Clarkson in March agreed to a divorce settlement with Blackstock that set forth their custody, financial and property arrangements
The home has a paved driveway that extend from a three-car garage to a maintained county road.
Blackstock, a music manager, is looking to leave show business and focus his efforts on cattle ranching, as he changed the name of his business to V Bar V Cattle Co, as it was previously known as Vintage Valley Ranch, according to the outlet .
The Fort Worth, Texas native left the Montana mansion he previously shared with Clarkson earlier this month, the outlet reported.

A Clarkson insider previously told the outlet that the former couple had ‘clashed on so many levels and being in quarantine together heightened their problems to the point of no return … Brandon’s very laid-back, whereas Kelly’s pretty high-strung.’
The Montana ranch they lived in was among the issues they clashed on, as Clarkson was unsuccessful in her efforts to sell the property last August because Blackstock had resided there, and her subsequent attempts to have Blackstock evicted last November.

A source told the outlet in December that Clarkson ‘had a major legal setback in a bid to get Brandon evicted from the Montana property that the judge awarded solely to her.’
Blackstock ‘has been living in it and said he doesn’t have the financial means to afford to purchase a residence of his own at this time, mentioning the unresolved financial aspect of their divorce.’
The former couple eventually settled their divorce this past March, with the judge stipulating that Blackstock could stay there until June but would have to pay Clarkson $ 12,500 each month for rent.
Clarkson received primary custody of their two children, River, eight, and Remington, six, and must pay Blackstock $ 115,000 in monthly spousal support through January of 2024, as well as $ 45,600 in child support.
